The website with the recipes: http://www.foodnetwork.com/5-ingredient-fix/recipes/index.html I made the No Grill BBQ Chicken, and it was SO delish!!

When the show was a regular feature on the radio, the host, Harvey Steinman, had a rule to limit ingredients to eight, with simple instructions. He said anything more was too difficult to expect someone to write down. My copy is beginning to fall apart many years later.
