Should read "Snacker" Wings

Wings
Louisisana Creole Seasoning (Old Bay is OK)
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Flour


Season the wings with creole seasoning, onion and garlic powder
Let seasonings meld into the wing for 5 min
Dredge in flour and dust/bang excess

Deep fry in peanut oil till done
Eat hot, or let cool a bit and enjoy

I'm of the second group :thumbsup:

I like them w/o sauce, or hit them w/ tabasco, or your favorite sauce.
