So I found a recipe online that sounded pretty close to their recipe and tweeked it till it was pretty darn close. The family enjoyed it! Did not directly answer your question, but my point was find a recipe close to the style you like and taylor it to your own tastes. Fusion had a great idea on recipies, he writes them down and then photographs the finished product so he not only has a written recipie, but he can also show what it is supposed to look like. But what ever you do, don't be like me and have no record of what you did I should have written down what I did for sharing and duplication.
