In Loving Memory: Anna M. Pedrelli

Anna Marie Pedrelli, 89, passed peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 27th 2018, where she has lived since 1947. She came to Dos Palos as a young bride after marrying Clarence Pedrelli. Here is where they started their lives together by building their home and dairy farm. Ann was a devoted wife, mother of two, grandmother of four and a great grandmother.
During her years in Dos Palos, Ann was a member of the Sacred Heart Church.
One of her favorite events to plan for the Sacred Heart Church was the annual Saint Patrick’s Day Dinner. Many laughs and stories were shared about this event. She was also a member of the Young Ladies Institute, and Alter Society and a CCD Teacher. Over the years she supported and was involved with the DES, which lead to many fun travels with family and friends to festa.
Many people will remember Ann Pedrelli for her great service to Children. She volunteered many hours to the Dos Palos Junior High and High School Band. She found joy in polishing shoes, spraying hair, hemming trousers as well as being a chaperone and a second mom to many students on trips.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence (2004); brother Joe Korte and sister Jane Hansen.
Ann is survived by daughters Marie Langston (Joe), of Lompoc CA, Lisa Graham (Marc), of Chandler AZ: grandchildren Drew Langston (Risa), Mollie Langston, Collin and Cole Graham: great grandchild Raegan Langston. Josie Talamantes, Madera CA, Cecila Jones (Roy), Madera CA, Tony Korte, Chowchilla, CA, and Christine Korte-Tipton (Bill).
Ann’s Family would like to thank all of those friends and family who came to visit and the loving care that she received from her caregivers and Hinds Hospice, which allowed her to be in her home.
A Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church (1650 Lucerne Ave. Dos Palos, CA) on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Burial followed at the Calvary Cemetery, Merced CA. Services are entrusted to Whitehurst Funeral Chapel-Dos Palos.
